Ordering & Pricing

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. Most screen printing orders require a minimum because setup takes time (screens, registration, test prints).
  • Small runs are best for DTF/DTG depending on artwork and garment type.
  • For the fastest quote, include quantity, print locations, and # of ink colors (if screen printing).
What do you need to give me a quote?
Quantity, garment type, sizes, colors, print locations (front/back/sleeve), and your artwork file. If you don’t have artwork, describe the design and we’ll help.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — price per piece drops as quantity increases. The biggest drivers are quantity and number of print locations.
Are setup or artwork fees included?
Most quotes include standard prep and design review. If artwork needs heavy recreation or multiple revisions, we’ll confirm before any billable design work.

Design & Artwork

What file formats do you accept?
Preferred: AI, EPS, PDF (vector). Also accepted: PNG (transparent), PSD, SVG. Best results come from vector art or high-resolution PNGs.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. You’ll review and approve a proof/mockup before we print so placement and sizing are locked in.
Can you clean up or rebuild my logo?
Yes. We can straighten edges, rebuild low-res logos, and convert to print-ready formats when needed.
What’s the difference between screen print vs DTF vs embroidery?
Screen print: best value for bulk. DTF: great for small runs & full-color. Embroidery: premium stitched finish for hats/jackets.

Sizing & Fit

Do you have size charts?
Yes. Tell us the garment style and we’ll provide the correct chart (adult, youth, women’s, tall, etc.).
Can you help with team/group sizing?
Yes. We can recommend a simple sizing plan and help you avoid common issues (youth vs adult, women’s cuts, mixed brands, etc.).
Do you offer samples?
For larger orders, we can help arrange sizing samples depending on the item, availability, and timeline.
Do you offer youth and extended sizes?
